Respecting stakeholder opinions to adjust the design

During the construction, sales, after-sales, and other stages, we consider the opinions of all stakeholders, including land owners, neighbors, the government, architecture consultants, contractors, and clients. By communicating with stakeholders and adjusting designs, not only do we meet their expectations, but we are also able to improve and provide better services with better market knowledge.

Xitou Park Odor Improvement Project

Public bathrooms in the Xitou Park and Shuixian Temple near Ruentex Awesome had been directly discharging waste into drains, causing occasional foul smells. Upon discovering the issue, we coordinated with the City for on-site inspections. We employed our workers for the construction to incorporate the drains into the sewage system on June 29, 2019.

Shuixian Temple Chaoheshe Noise Improvement Project

The Shuixian Temple is a two-story building in Xitou Park. The traditional ensemble Chaoheshe is located on the first floor. Founded in 1930, Chaoheshe comprises locals in the Banqiao and Jiangzicui area. Initially focusing on zhen-tou parades with Beiguan singing all over northern Taiwan, it later became one of the most active amateur Beiguan ensembles in northern Taiwan. Its rehearsals are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at about 75-80 dB.
The EPA has indicated that 75-90 dB reduces work efficiency and at night affects neighboring homes. Ruentex contacted Chaoheshe to install soundproof windows, AC, and a heat exchanger to increase comfort during rehearsals and reduce sound in the neighborhood. The results were proven successful as the sound was reduced to 60 dB.

Showing Consideration and Reducing Impact on Traffic

The site of The Silk Court is north to the 11 m Section 4, Civic Blvd, west to an 8 m street (Lane 366, Sec 2, Bade Rd), east to a 6 m one-way alley (Lane 364, Bade Rd). The original design placed the building on the north side of the site; the main pedestrian/vehicle entrances were on the middle section of the site (Lane 366, Sec 2, Bade Rd).
The Chief of Zhonglun Village explained to our representative that Lane 366 is a major connecting street between Civic Blvd and Bade Rd, and Alley 50, Lane 366 is where more cars from Sec 2, Dunhua S Rd to Sec 2, Bade Rd, thereby recommending moving vehicle access.
Based on this recommendation and on-site survey, the Company reconfigured the project, moving the vehicle access away from the intersection of Alley 50, Lane 366, Bade Rd. to the west side of the site on Lane 364, Sec 2, Bade Rd to reduce impact on traffic.
